Thank You for visiting my site. I have been repairing computers in the Northern Rhode Island area since 2000. I took over the former Galaxy Computer located in Forestdale, RI after the previous owner retired, I moved the business to its current location and changed the name in 2001. I have continued to service many of the customers both residential and commercial over the last 25 years.  In that time many retail sales and repair shops have come and gone including large chains such as Comp USA and small to medium Mom and Pop shops. My shop operates much like the doctors' offices of years past. I maintain a policy of appointments for visits to my shop or your location. This ensures personal treatment as opposed to waiting in line to speak to a tech who really doesn’t care if you are there or not. No flashy web site, no blogs, no repairs being performed from the “cloud”. And unlike most other computer techs I am trained in all facets of electronic repair. I was trained as a radio/electronic technician in the US Marine Corps. I was employed as an electronic repair tech after leaving that service fixing all types of devices from walkmen, cam-corders, televisions, vcrs, cd players etc. from the the 1980s to 1999. I began training and switching to the computer industry in the early 90s working for local shops and a short stint at CompUsa before their closing.
